PREDA and PC Alliance

June 2007. Kevin Pinkerton of Pinkerton Consulting Pty Ltd. and Father Shay Cullen of PREDA Foundation Inc. Agreed to assemble the Portable Computing Environment (PCE) created by PC, under the PREDA fair trade banner.

PC will set up assembly operations with PREDA in the Philippines. The abused children rescued by PREDA will be a part of the assembly and future development of the PCE giving them much needed jobs, and giving them the satisfaction that they are creating child-safe computing for all children.

A profit share agreement is in place for all PCE sales, benefiting the children of PREDA.

Further development of child-safe products by PC will involve PREDA.
